Job Purpose:

Coordinate and lead maintenance activity planning according to standard procedures and ensure effective execution within the AOS-IFMS Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out maintenance activity planning according to standard project procedures and ensure accurate contractual compliance.
  2. Schedule and plan all routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) work.
  3. Get ready to prepare and share the Maintenance Look Ahead Schedules so we can keep everything running smoothly according to the maintenance plan.
  4. After each job, let’s conduct reviews to evaluate our performance and find ways to enhance future PM programs and manage our inventory better.
  5. Keep an eye on corrective maintenance priorities and make sure we tackle backlogs efficiently.
  6. Double-check maintenance work notifications to ensure they’re accurate and complete.
  7. Assist area maintenance supervisors in putting together minor contracts and cost estimates.
  8. Work on coordinating plant availability by scheduling shutdowns and planning for spare parts.
  9. Make sure we’re all on the same page with activity scheduling and resource allocation for all maintenance tasks, shutdowns, overhauls, and small-pit jobs.
  10. Don’t forget to update task lists in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  11. Keep track of and report on Area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  12. Support the training and development of local Iraqi nationals to help achieve our company goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Experience: 

10+ years of experience in Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical industry with good maintenance planning and shutdown preparation background.


Technical Skills: 

SAP HANA, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite skilled.

Communication: 

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to keep a professional appearance.
